Research Use Only Policy

1. Intended use

Materials supplied by Frontier Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research applications conducted by, or under the direct supervision of, individuals qualified to handle research chemicals. Typical applications include in-vitro assay work, analytical method development, reference standard comparison, and pre-clinical laboratory investigation.

2. Prohibited uses

The following uses are expressly prohibited. By purchasing from Frontier Labs you agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person to:

• administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply topically, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of a human being or an animal;
• use, market, label, or represent any product as a drug, medicine, dietary supplement, food, food ingredient, cosmetic, medical device, or veterinary product;
• use any product for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, cosmetic, or household purposes;
• resell, transfer, distribute, or repackage any product for any of the above purposes, or to any person you have reason to believe intends such a purpose;
• compound, dilute, or reformulate any product for administration to humans or animals;
• use any product in a clinical trial, in a compounding pharmacy, or in an outsourcing facility;
• use any product in competitive sport or in any manner contrary to the World Anti-Doping Code;
• use any product in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or foreign law, or in violation of the policies of your institution.

3. Purchaser eligibility and certification

Frontier Labs sells only to purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who, at the point of purchase, certify that they:

• are acquiring the material for lawful laboratory research purposes only;
• possess the facilities, equipment, training, and personnel required to receive, store, handle, and dispose of research chemicals safely;
• understand the material is not for human or veterinary consumption and has not been approved by the FDA for any use;
• accept sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the material for their intended laboratory application.

Frontier Labs may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where an order, an enquiry, or a shipping destination suggests an intended use inconsistent with this policy.

4. No use, dosing, or application information

Frontier Labs does not provide — on this website, by email, by telephone, on social media, or through any representative — protocols, dosing figures, reconstitution calculations, administration schedules, "cycles", "stacks", combination guidance, or any other information relating to the use of our materials in humans or animals. Product listings on this website are limited to chemical and physical identity, purity, quantity, storage, and handling information.

Frontier Labs makes no representation, express or implied, regarding the biological activity, potency, efficacy, sterility, endotoxin status, or safety of any material it supplies.

5. Regulatory status

Frontier Labs is a chemical supplier. Frontier Labs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of that Act. Frontier Labs does not dispense prescription medicines and does not employ or provide access to licensed healthcare practitioners.

Products supplied by Frontier Labs are not manufactured under pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice, are not sterile-filled for administration, and are not accompanied by any regulatory approval for use in humans or animals.

Frontier Labs does not supply materials whose distribution is restricted under federal law, including human growth hormone (somatropin), chorionic gonadotropin, menotropins, or controlled substances listed under the Controlled Substances Act.

6. Import, export, and jurisdictional restrictions

Certain materials in our catalog are restricted or prohibited in some U.S. states and in some countries. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether a material may lawfully be imported into, possessed in, or used within their jurisdiction, and for obtaining any licence or authorisation required. Orders may be refused to destinations where we are aware of a restriction.

7. Institutional oversight

Purchasers conducting research at an institution are responsible for obtaining all approvals required by that institution, including safety committee, biosafety, and ethics approvals where applicable, and for complying with their institution's chemical hygiene plan.

8. Enforcement

Breach of this policy is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Frontier Labs may suspend or terminate a purchaser's account, refuse future orders, and report activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
