These Terms & Conditions govern all sales by Frontier Labs ("Frontier Labs", "we", "us") and all use of this website. By placing an order or using this website, you ("Purchaser", "you") agree to these Terms and to our Research Use Only Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website or place an order. Orders are accepted only from purchasers who satisfy the eligibility and certification requirements set out in our Research Use Only Policy. We may verify eligibility and may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
These representations are a condition of sale. A breach entitles us to cancel the order, terminate your account, and refuse future business, without liability.
Product listings are an invitation to treat and not an offer. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the goods. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund. Availability is not guaranteed until dispatch.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, value added, import, and customs duties and taxes, and for any brokerage or clearance fees imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Shipping terms, timescales, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser on delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not a common carrier and are not liable for carrier delay.
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Because these are research chemicals, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.
Nothing on this website or in any communication from Frontier Labs constitutes medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, scientific, or professional advice. We do not provide dosing information, protocols, reconstitution guidance, or any information about use in humans or animals. You are solely responsible for the design, conduct, validation, and consequences of your research.
Except for the express, limited warranty in Section 9, the products are supplied "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, sterility, endotoxin content, biological activity, potency, stability beyond the stated shelf life, or suitability for any specific research application.
We warrant only that, at the time of dispatch, each product conforms in identity, purity, and net quantity to its batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. Your exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty, and our entire liability, is — at our option — replacement of the non-conforming material or refund of the purchase price paid for it. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, in writing, with the lot number.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, research results, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the products or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You acknowledge that research chemicals carry inherent risks in handling, storage, use, and disposal, and you knowingly assume those risks. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontier Labs and its officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use, handling, storage, transfer, resale, or disposal of any product; (b) any breach of these Terms or of the Research Use Only Policy; or (c) any administration of a product to a human being or animal.
All content on this website, including text, images, product photography, logos, and layout, is the property of Frontier Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third- party names appearing in chemical identifiers are used solely to identify chemical substances and do not imply affiliation with, or endorsement by, any trademark owner.
You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape content at scale, or in any manner that interferes with its operation. We may suspend access for violations.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE]. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These Terms, together with the Research Use Only Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter.
